Riverfestival presents the goa Billboard Competition
Brisbane children show us the issues they care about most on a grand scale for the third annual goa Billboard Competition.
Drawing from a pool of students from 12 Brisbane Primary Schools this year, the goa Billboard Competition is reaching a wider audience than ever before, spreading messages of water conservation straight from the minds and hands of the kids.
With ten finalists being chosen from each school, local City Councillors choose a winning student from each school who will have their illustrated community message displayed on a goa Billboard in the local school area.
As well as giving the kids a unique opportunity to have their art displayed to the community, this competition also provides a chance for our city to see the change its children want in their world.
